New account SMS alert service for customers
BBAC announces the launch of its new account SMS alert service. The establishment of this service is intended to send short messages (SMS) free of charge to owners of the accounts payable on demand. This service aids account holders in tracing the operations conducted on their accounts. Whenever an operation of any kind is conducted, the bank sends a short message system (SMS) alert to the desired mobile phone, which is identified in advance, informing the customer of the account number, the type of transaction and the value of the process.

BBAC exclusively agreed with RIA money transfer
BBAC s.a.l. Bank of Beirut and the Arab Countries has exclusively agreed with RIA (money remittance) to become RIA’s local correspondent for all money transfer operations. RIA which is the ownership of Euronet operates 4,300 branches in 85 countries and is the second largest money transfer company in the world.
