BBAC Inaugurates UAE Representative OfficeBBAC has officially inaugurated its representative office in Abu Dhabi, UAE at a special ceremony in the presence of a large number of personalities representing the UAE authorities, including the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for National Council’s Affairs Dr. Anwar Gargash, the former Minister of Environment, the Head of Banks Control and Inspection Service Mr. Saleh Alaou representing the Governor of the Central Bank, as well as the Lebanese Ambassador Mr. Fawzi Fawaz, the Lebanese Consul, a selection of the bank’s main customers, and many social and media actors. The ceremony was marked by the warm welcome of the bank’s Management headed by its Chairman Sheikh Ghassan Assaf. .

BBAC sponsors LAU Model UN
For the third year in a raw BBAC s.a.l. the Bank of Beirut and the Arab Countries has sponsored the Global Classrooms/LAU Model UN. The ceremony took place at the LAU campus, under the patronage of the Culture Minister Tammam Salam and in the presence of a crowd of deputies, ambassadors, professors and interested personalities.

BBAC s.a.l. Bank of Beirut and the Arab Countries recently sponsored the postgraduate projects for the MBA students in the Faculty of Business Administration and Finance in La Sagesse University. The sponsoring of "Fekra 2" project A sequel to "Fikra 1" done last year under the auspices of the President of Sagesse University, Monsignor Joseph Merhej comes in line with BBAC’s efforts to highlight the creativity and capacities among promising young people.
